Where to start?

At the start, it is worth it to register. Fill in the details required and we will send you an e-mail confirming your registration. In the meantime, you will already be able to browse our store. In the Menu, you will find fabrics in various categories. Special offers can be found in the Sale section.

How to choose?

We aim to describe the fabrics as accurately as possible, since we know that the only sense that comes useful in an online store is the sight.

How to buy?

When you find the product you wish to buy, add it to the cart. Before doing that, check its sale unit.

Most of our fabrics are sold from 1 metre length.

The width of the fabric and embroidery is always stated in the description.

EXAMPLE: A fabric of 1.4 m width. If you order 6 metres of the fabric, you would receive a piece of the fabric measuring 1.4m x 6m.

You can change the quantity of the fabric in the cart, after clicking on the “Cart” button. Just edit the correct item on the page.

The products from “French lace” and “French trimmings” are packed in coupons measuring 3m long. Before you make the payment, please contact us by e-mail or by phone during our working hours to enquire about the currently available coupons of the given product. After receiving our reply, please input the desired amount in the product card, to ensure that the amount to be paid online is correct. You can also purchase multiples of the given lengths of the trimmings and French lace. Please note that both fabrics sold by metre and packed in coupons will be delivered to you in one piece.

What is in the cart?

During your shopping, you can always check what is in your cart by clicking on the cart symbol at the top of the page. You can add or subtract the quantity of your chosen fabric, delete items you do no longer wish to purchase, and check the current cost of delivery. You are constantly in control of your purchase and spending – something that is not as easy in a brick-and-mortar store.

How to finish your purchase?

Enter the cart and have a final look at your purchase. When you are ready to pay via a bank transfer, either a traditional or an online one, choose a payment method. After clicking “Next”, you will be asked to register or log in. You can also purchase without registration. Fill in the details required to make the order. If your delivery address is different than your standard address, you can change it by clicking on “Change the delivery address”.

What delivery method to choose?

We ship our orders by GLS courier service – the cost of delivery is fixed and does not depend on the weight of your order. You can find the applicable cost of delivery in the summary of your order in the Cart.

The cost of delivery includes the courier fee as well as the cost of packaging and the VAT.

Sales note: Fiscal receipt – VAT invoice

The proof of purchase is the fiscal receipt which we will send together with the purchased fabrics. If you wish to receive a VAT invoice, please remember to indicate that when making the purchase and to provide the VAT identification number (NIP).

How to pay?

In the Cart you can choose to pay for the order via a traditional bank transfer, at collection in person, by cash on delivery or using the online payment methods.

The online payments are operated by PayPro S.A., so you can be sure that the payment process will be safe. Note – payments for orders should be made within 7 days. Should we not receive the payment by that time, we shall assume you have resigned from your purchase and cancel your order.

How to make changes to your order?

You can check the status of your order by logging in and click on “My panel > Order History”. If you wish to make changes to your order, please e-mail or call us by phone first. You can add to your order or change the delivery address. If you have not already paid, you can also cancel your order or make changes to it.

If you have already paid, it is most likely that your fabric had been cut from the bolt already; in such case, you cannot cancel the order or order less, because we would not be able to sell that piece of fabric again to a different customer.

When will I receive my order?

Usually, we send the fabrics the next working day after we receive the payment, but not later than 3 days after. You will receive a confirmation e-mail after your order has been shipped. To this, you also need to add the delivery time specified by the courier company

Can I return my order?

According to our regulations, custom-cut materials are not eligible for returns. You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of taking possession of the goods, followed by an additional 14 days to return them. You are entitled to return goods showing signs of use; you will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods. In extreme justified cases, if the goods are not suitable for further resale, the refund may be reduced by 100%.

Please include a completed return form with the shipment (which must be requested by email). You are responsible for the cost of returning the materials. Upon receiving the shipment, you will receive a refund of the material price within 14 days, as well as the cost of shipping to you (at the cheapest rate).

Can I make a complaint about the fabrics?

If the fabric you receive has a manufacturing defect, any mechanical damage caused by shipment or differs from the one you have ordered, you can file in a complaint. Please contact us and we will assist you in the procedure. Fill in the complaint from (which can be requested by e-mail) and send it to us together with the fabric.

We will process your complaint within 14 days. If your complaint is accepted, we will refund the cost of delivery of the faulty fabric. You can then choose whether you wish to receive a new piece of fabric without defects, or a full refund of the price of the fabric and the cost of delivery to a bank account chosen by you.
